I received this link in an email from a Canadian friend. It's some of the best advice on surviving everyday disasters (boat sinkings, aircraft crashes, fires) that I've ever seen.
I like the way the video automatically reloads itself as it goes through about eight segments. Also, pay particular attention to the last part (about the time they show the helicopter escape training) because (while you're unlikely to ever have to escape from a sinking helicopter)that's when they start telling you to have a plan and how to plan to have a plan.
